TRAVEL – The definition according to Google is: “Make a journey, typically of some length or abroad”. Moving about while one travels usually requires a mode of transport. Our transport is a WATER TAXI aka Cruise Ship. We are not on cruise ships just to ‘cruise’, but to get from point A to point B and enjoy all the stops along the way.

I am Marla and live with my partner, Bob, in Bellingham, WA. This is about 30 miles south of the Canadian Border. Our nearest city is Vancouver, Canada. It is an easy walk from our front door to get on the Amtrak-about 1/2 mile. Canada has great public transportation so we use their Sky Train to go to the airport or the cruise terminal. Returning home is just as easy.
